#3531: browser displays wrong revision/log entry

Check out [https://trac.madduck.net/pub/browser/debian/pkg/ this listing]
and you will notice that e.g. ``iprelay`` has a revision >140, but when
you look at [https://trac.madduck.net/pub/log/debian/pkg/iprelay the log],
you'll see that it has not been touched since rev100. Whenever I commit to
SVN, random parts of the tree will show up as affected by the commit in
the trac browser.
I am using the [http://packages.debian.org/experimental/web/trac
experimental Debian package], version 0.9.99+0.10svn20060710-1 (r3519).
