#3547: Make milestone name in ticket into a clickable link

When viewing a ticket (especially just after having entered it), you'd
often like to look at the milestone for that ticket. It would be easy I
think to make the ticket's "milestone:" field into a clickable
"milestone/XYZ" link. Why not?
