#3565: timeline date display does not respect user's time zone

The date display is messed up in the timeline display--my current
"timeline" looks something like:
08/16/06:
15:45: Changeset [149] by mstillwell
add credit, caption columns to casestudy table
08/15/06:
14:02 Ticket #10 (defect) closed by hjakison
fixed: it was all to do with paths...
13:12 Ticket #11 (task) created by cherse
build voting system

All these tickets were added on the same day: the times are correct, but
there shouldn't be a change of day between 14:02 and 15:45!
I suspect this is because my time zone is set to "London"; if it's set to
server time I get something like:
