me again... a colleague of mine and I implemented a patch which permits to
add http login functionality to every Trac page... It's pretty much what
was proposed previously by [EMAIL PROTECTED] on 06/23/05 17:45:28
(i.e. using a http redirect). Have a look at http://trac-
hacks.org/wiki/HttpLoginViaRedirectPatch to download and install the
patch.
Furthermore, we solved the (off-topic) Thunderbird problem - i.e. we added
a guid element to Trac's Timeline RSS Feed (find out more about it at
http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/3167) and made Thunderbird evaluate this
guid element properly (see http://dawis2.icb.uni-
due.de/jpddtools/RssItemUniqueUriPatch.html).
