Regarding a restart, I agree. According to InterMapTxt, "New !InterWiki
links can be created by adding to that list, in real time." It doesn't
seem to be so, although the new prefix appears after resetting the web
server. I suppose this is a "mod_python" thing.
Could requiring a restart be classified as a defect?
