Hi,

I want to use trac as an ticket system for our internal helpdesk.
But I cannot force my users to provide their real name and email address
during the first visit at the trac site.
For that reason, I want to import username, real name and email address
from our LDAP server and put the data into trac's database. (My apache
uses LDAP for authentication, no anonymous access possible).
At the moment, I do not know how to do this; I think I have to store a
cookie in the table "auth_cookie"?
Has someone hacked a script using ldapsearch and sqlite3 to import the
user data into trac?

Thanks,
Rainer
