I am confused, does this mean that when you make a new ticket, the owner of the component is always notified? But this is not what I have seen, either -- I've seen nothing generated and I saw that also before our upgrade when we ran 0.9.6. Is there some setting? Jason

We have a default component with an owner. Every new ticket belongs to this default component, and therefore the owner gets notified. It is workaround, of course.
