The error I receive "DatabaseError: file is encrypted or is not a
database" indicates i am moving from 0.8 -> 0.9

It's 0.9.0 (per trac-admin --version) to  to 0.9.6


I've tried:

sqlite3 trac.db .dump | sqlite3   other.db and then  copied it to the
new host and imported, getting the same error.

I know I must be close.

http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/PySqlite  has a lot of good info, nothing
seemed to help here though,
I think my versions are all in order.
