Hi, We'd like to assign more than one person as a component owner, so we can have a primary and backup for every component. We'd like both owners to get email when a new ticket is opened for that component. However, when I place more than one email address in the owner field then the owner does not recieve mail. This is regardless of whether the email addresses are separated by commas, semicolons, spaces or combinations of the three. However it works fine when one email address is designated as the owner.
Has anyone else noticed this?
