My apache configuration was correct, with the folders and stuff. As soon as I shutdown apache and brought up apache2 with the same config, it worked like a charm. Now I just have to figure out CGI. Unfortunately I just had to learn that mod_dav_svn requires apache2 as well... So it'll have to be svnserve then... :) Thanks again for the help.
