Although it is not well documented (I'll change that), the current
LdapPlugin release requires a Trac 0.10 (pre-) release to work, as the
tag "0.10" indicates.

It won't work w/ the 0.9.x series, as the Trac API has changed since.

Try upgrading your Trac installation first.
