One of the groups I support asked me to create a custom field for SubProject. Now he would like to make sure that the ticket creator actually selects on of the SubProjects from the pick list instead of leaving it blank.
Is there a way to validate ticket fields and return the form to the user if some field doesn't contain desired content? This is probably generic to all fields (e.g., Component) but would need to work for custom fields as well.
