Hi,

we want to use trac for our internal helpdesk.
I've installed and used 0.9.6 for several other projects, but a helpdesk
system is different. So I tried to use 0.9.6.
Disabled anything but the ticket system. It is usable now, but there are
some things that could be better (more sophisticated email notification,
more sophisticated privilege system...)
As said before, I am with 0.9.6, since it is marked stable.
But what about the WorkFlow branch? Should I try that? Or better start
with 0.10?
Any hints/suggestions/experiences are highly welcome.
