Well given that there isn't a good way to add a "show deleted  
changes" button, this give at least some indication that there has  
been a change. I can see the argument though. The best solution  
really involves ticketdelete being integrated into the ticket system  
a lot more.

Safari ignores the CSS on the main buttons.
