Ok, I fixed it. I'm not sure exactly what fixed it, but what I did was installed Python 2.4.3 (previously I was using 2.3.5) and then recompiled and installed sqlite, pysqlite, subversion, and swig.
After that, the upgrade succeeded! Ok, now a small cosmetic problem. I'm running Trac on Dreamhost using fcgi. Previously, I had used this hack: http://wiki.dreamhost.com/index.php/Trac#Step_1:_Hack_the_Trac_base_url to remove the 'index.fcgi' from the Trac url. It looks like a lot has changed in 0.10, and I cant figure out how to rewrite the internal url that Trac generates for links. I have my apache set up to add the index.fcgi to the URL behind the scenes, so both http://trac.mysite.com/wiki/GettingStarted and http://trac.mysite.com/index.fcgi/wiki/GettingStarted both work. Anyone know how to tell Trac to remove that?
