The new server is now up and running. Your might still get "connection refused" errors if the dns change hasn't propagated to your part of the world yet.
If you need to access the site right away you can add a few lines from the following page: http://rafb.net/paste/results/BIjNPo60.txt to your "/etc/hosts" file and restart your browser.
