Well, the soon-to-be-restarted WorkFlow branch will contain this feature.
Custom fields can have a .plaintext attribute specifying their content 
is _not_ wiki text, otherwise it will be interpreted as such and 
therefore any of r12345, [12345] and [changeset:12345] will be valid 
references to the 12345 changesets (none of the other syntax tried by 
Rob was ever valid, though).
