If this is going to be done, I would strongly recommend something that uses
FreeTDS because that lib works on *nix and Windows platforms.  I'm not sure if
all the ones listed by Bjorn use this (the dblib ones) or if there are any
Python bindings that use ctlib within FreeTDS.  But as a lot of Trac servers
run *nix, I thought I'd throw this out there as a requirement.
