Indeed it is due to different versions of SQLite: It seems I used the 3.1.3 version the first time I created trac environments and now I'm using the 3.3.8 one. Even if I have to handle so more problems, it seems to work now, thanks for your advice.

I'm not sure from which this issue comes from, probably either from
PySQLite or the SVN wrappers.

Check for an outdated library (pysqlite, svn) or if the specified
paths to the DB and the repository are valid.
