A few people have asked about these features in the past, so here you go.
PrivateTickets allows setting permissions such that a user can only see tickets they reported, own, or are CCed on. SelfDelete allows letting users delete wiki pages or wiki/ticket attachments they created. Both are available on trac-hacks.org.
