Hi,

I'd like to have more control of the default "View Tickets".  But I 
haven't found a way. I've read through all the docs.  I'm now looking at 
the templates and source code.

Can someone tell me:

* How to change the default "custom query"?  (I don't want it filtering 
by owner, for example.)

Or ... if changing the reports is easier ...

* How do I modify the list of pre-configured reports?  The docs go only 
so far as talking about the query syntax, but don't describe how the 
report list view is modified to include new ones.
