Yeah , sorry I re-organized the doc and I removed the [components]
section. I'll fix that.
You just need the following entry in the 'components' section for the revtree:
[components]
...
; enable all the components
revtree.* =enabled
...
I recommend that you don't keep your current settings, as the name of
the internal classes are likely to change in the near future
("optimizer" will be renamed).
