You could also use Custom fields that have a ticket number, then you can
do searches based on that.  We have a custom field that allows us to
file Bugs against a Feature by putting the feature ticket number in the
bug ticket number.  Then we plan on writing a plug-in of some sort that
searches for tickets that reference a ticket when it's displayed to show
the info in that ticket (but that's far off)
