SVN data are actually cached, however Trac automatically
resynchronizes its cache whenever the repository is browsed and the
SVN repository has been changed.

Which release of Trac are you using? Some previous releases are known
to have issues with the cache. Did you try to upgrade to 0.10.3 ?

repository data (I see there is some kind of data pooling going on in
