could you post the configuration in your trac.ini file and the content
of the log file.

My config is like this

[trac]
repository_type = perforce
repository_dir =
p4://ttressieres:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:1666/depot/main/?unicode=0

[components]
p4trac.* = enabled


The content of the log file is

2006-12-19 22:26:00,687 Trac[loader] DEBUG: Loading egg plugin perforce
from d:\travail\perforceplugin\trunk
