It's semi-official now. There will be a Trac BoF at PyCon 2007. Currently, it's simply an informal gathering for those interested in Trac. If there are topics that people feel should be addressed, or if someone would like to give a short presentation, please let me know, or modify the Trac BoF wiki page.
