Well, no, don't do that for a production system.
But if you're using SQLite, you can easily set up a test system by
making a copy of your whole $TRAC_ENV folder.

The branch can be extracted with the following command:
svn checkout http://svn.edgewall.org/repos/trac/sandbox/trac-xref
