I've just tryed that plugin it works exactly the way I want. Indeed
there is only 2 level of view, but I can manage to deal with that.
The problem that I am facing is after the creation of a ticket, there
is no TICKET_MODIFY_SIMPLE... So the fields are hidden during the
creation, but are accessible on modification...
Does anybody has a solution for that ?
