It's usable. There are no known crucial issues (well, no more than in 
0.10...) and we're currently stabilizing the recent merge of the 
setuptools branch, and all seems OK so far. Small glitches are usually 
solved in a matter of hours, as they are reported.

The front page of Trac Hacks now allows you to filter by plugin 
version... useful for such a check :-)
