Greetings folks, I wanted to add a field to the trac tickets called "verified", this has been easy enough, except our flow is as follows,
submit ticket developer checks ticket developer closes ticket qa team confirms using the validated field. But as I found out you have to reopen the ticket after closing it to fill in the validated field. Just wondering if there is a way to get around this?
