Hi all,
We are quite new to trac, but what I would like to have is statistics
and overview of the tickets we do have.
I know I can do it with sql etc., but I'm quite sure some one of you did
already.
Is there anyone who does have available the sql query to create a matrix
an overview of components and related to that the 'recordcount' of open
(bugs/enhancements, other ticket types, etc.etc.)?
Something Like this
Bug Enhancement Task
Component A 15 4 2
Component B 10 14 4
And do you have maybe other nice to have reports - you would like to
share to us all - which are giving me overview in
tickets/time/components/etc?
