Good, clean way that preserves all history, even undesirable history
(IMHO better): go in and reply to the comment with a comment saying
"disregard".
To actually change history (generally not desirable in a system intended
to track all history immutably): the TracTicketDelete plugin from
trac-hacks allows you to actually delete both entire tickets and
individual ticket changes. I've used it to clean up after our spam
problems and haven't had any problems.
