Thank you very much for your answer. It works indeed for the xml files. What do you mean with "sensible mime-type"? I could not google anything. Also, we are not that happy to remove the mime-type of our code, and for C++ files we don't know a better one.
Thus. isn't there another way do enable syntax highlighting? E.g. by the file extension? Thanks a lot!
