Hi lIst, I'm having ''apparently'' same issue as '''thinker0'''.
When I installed TracXMLRPC in mi linux based (apache powered) trac,
apache failed to serve my enviroments, here's error_log:

Then apache showed a blank page.
tracd works fine (I tried http://mylocalhost:port/tracenv/xmlrpc I got
'''XML-RPC exported functions''').
I really need this plugin working as I've been using eclipse Mylar for
a long time.
