It was some sort of troubles with sqlite. Because with postgre it works fine. I know what sqlite is reliable, but trac is sensetive to it version. As I rememder - trac needs version >=3.5. As not only I have acces to this server - I am afraid what system configuration changes can drop down trac ( I suspect something similar was this time (
