Hi Dirk, I am sorry, I meant to address the email to Vitaliy. The requirement you had were great. I wonder if we can put those information on the Trac-hack. Perhaps creating tickets for those features then link it to a wiki page that discuss the requirement and use cases in detail.
This should give good information for those who are interested in developing plug-in for them. I am trying to see if I can use Trac to support software development activities more than what they are design for. Then we can come up with more detail suggestion to those who can help developing it. I know that Trac team is working on the workflow module. This is suppose to be customizable. I am not sure if it is customizable at project level or can have different work flow for different types of ticket, tho.
