When you "finalize" the ticket, it is actually stored in the database... At some point in the past, there used to be a conflict with some versions of PHP configured to use SQLite and use of mod_python with SQLite as well. Are you using PHP (I'm getting lost with the subject of this email: mod_php or mod_python ?)
