When you browse a ticket from the report page, you can go back to the query, see: http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/5104 and http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/2119 However, when you submit a new ticket, the browser page is refreshed with the ticket description you just created, as you may want to attach a file or change some fields. AFAICT it is not possible to return back to the query with a simple action.
