Well, that page is generated by the mod_dav_svn Apache module that comes with Subversion. Sadly, the HTML is all hard-coded in the source--no easy to modify template. However, if you set the SVNIndexSXLT directive in your Apache config to a URI of an XSL file, it will generate XML instead which you can use. The schema, according to the source (I'm looking at trunk here so you'd have to double check your version to be certain it hasn't changed) is given in http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/subversion/mod_dav_svn/repos.c starting at line 2584. It might be documented elsewhere as well, but you'd have to look.
