hi, I'd like to use csv2trac.2.py (http://trac.edgewall.org/attachment/wiki/TracSynchronize/csv2trac.2.py)
I don't try yet this tool and I'm intimidated to ask, but if you know, please teach me. Usage: Does this CSV file's header (1st line) need ticket field name such as type, time, etc? Limitation: Does this tool override (deleting inputed ticket) or add as new ticket? And if others advise for this tool, please inform me.
