I tried a workaround for this by using InterTrac links as you
suggested. But, I am running in to trouble due to following reasons.
1. InterTrac links works when I refer changesets on other wikis. But
still I get following error, if I refer the same wiki:

2. I am pretty interested in making the changeset links work from
"Timeline" and "Source Browse" of the Trac Wiki. At the discussion in
http://xportal.wavenet.lk:8020/trac/IVR/PakTel/wiki/InterTrac#Discussion,
there is a proposed suggestion for this by setting InterTrac link as
default. I am not sure what's the progress of it and what's the level
of applicability of that suggestion for my case.
