We are using Trac for system documentation of our network. It's a system I inherited but am trying to learn it and it seems to have real potential.
It would be nice to be able to create templates for different checklists. Then to be able to create a ticket that had a check list in it that a user could mark off items that were completed. I would want to use it for such tasks as setting up a computer workstation or creating a new user account. Is something like this possible with trac? I've started looking through the python code and have started working with some macros but don't see anything yet. It seemed like I did read somewhere that it was possible to create a new wiki page from a template but now I can't find how to do that.
