Hi, I'd appreciate it if anyone could free up their time to look into this, or add it to the FAQ:
I have created an RSS feed for My Tickets but when I open it in IE7 a yellow bar with an exclamation mark shows up at the top saying "Internet Explorer is unable to update password protected feeds". Does this mean I won't receive RSS feeds for new tickets assigned to me? Then what use is an RSS feed? If more info is required for an adequate response please feel free to ask.
