I don't think it would be the best option: it is likely to be an issue with your installation rather than with Trac itself. We first need to understand your environmen, and this is far easier to do it over the MailingList rather than w/ a ticket. FWIW, WebAdmin + mod_python is known to work on many installations. It does not mean it is bug-free ;-), but the first step is to understand the specific pieces of your installation.
