Great! I have taken now the latest stable source file (from 0.10, not
sandox folder)
and edit the changes as per the xmlrpc-11.2.patch.

However, following http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracPlugins
(plugin install for all projects) I cannot find global plugins
directory or
global trac.ini file.

I am running CentOS 4.x linux and my trac is installed in
/usr/local/lib/python2.4/site-packages/Trac-0.11dev_r5605-py2.4.egg/
trac

Am I missing something here?  Where should this plugin be installed so
that
globally all of the projects can see it?
