Emphasis put on *this is all nice and good*, as we need more
contributions like this.
However, it's true that it can get confusing which information goes with
which version, especially on a wiki where each contributor has his own
notion of the "right thing" to do. So I propose that we adopt some
guidelines.

One idea could be to have the TracGuide pages (TracInstall,
WikiFormatting, etc.) be a kind of "melting pot" of useful information
(i.e. as it is now), with the additional constraints that each edit has
to be clear about which version of Trac is concerned.

Then, we would have a 0.10/TracGuide series of pages that would be
"official" stable version of the guide, which is periodically synced in
the repository before each stable release. Each edit made there has to
be done only in order to improve the documentation related to Trac 0.10,
exclusively.

Lastly, we would have a 0.11/TracGuide series of pages which will be the
preparation area for the official 0.11 documentation.

In summary: TracGuide et al. for true "wiki style" user edits, while
0.10/TracGuide and 0.11/TracGuide should be written with higher
standards in mind. Of course, useful informations from the TracGuide
should flow in either the 0.10/TracGuide or 0.11/TracGuide as
appropriate, but "edited".

Yes, a prefix is needed (0.11/TracInstall rather than TracInstall/0.11),
so that the [[TracGuideToc]] macro can work (well, there's apparently a
little bug right now with that one - will be fixed soon).
