Hi, I'm new here and was wondering how, when I assign someone to a ticket, they could receive an email acknowledging the new ticket??
When I was reading the Trac help, it mentioned putting a valid email address in the "cc" or "assign to" box, but I believe that's only for changes to the ticket, not the actual assignment. We have lots of tickets that no one knows their owners of, so this would be helpful. Thank you!
