Hi, I'm new here and was wondering how, when I assign someone to a ticket,
they could receive an email acknowledging the new ticket??

When I was reading the Trac help, it mentioned putting a valid email address
in the "cc" or "assign to" box, but I believe that's only for changes to the
ticket, not the actual assignment.  We have lots of tickets that no one
knows their owners of, so this would be helpful.
