Hi all. I've been searhing for a way to notify tickets more selective as the default one.
I'd like to notify the person in the "assigned to" field only when the ticket is open or it has been changed and notify the reporter when the ticket becomes closed. Could anybody give me any hint to to this? I'm a Java developer, can learn python, but I don't understand how the source code is transformed when setup.py is executed. Thanks in advance.
