Emmanuel First thanks for your reply. But if the user list is like a select box we can easily select know? Just a check box before the user name, for CC field i would like to add this list. curetly i tried using java script and done this. But the user details i need to add manually in the script every time the user added or removed. I am not able to get the user list there in the java script coding page. This coding i added in newtickets.cs. Right now i dont have the coding. I'll update it to you..
