Hello, I have set "always_notify_updater" to false and always_notify_owner to true. However if I am an owner of a ticket and I am updating a ticket, why do I still receive notifications? Is it a desired behavior? If it's, I don't understand why an owner should get a notification if that person just updated the ticket.
